BA Functional English is a 3 year undergraduate English language course. Functional English is a usage of the English language required to perform a specific function. The syllabus for the course is divided into six semesters. After completing the course candidates can go for further studies and it is career orienting in nature that opens a lot of scopes for them.
B.Com Financial Technology is a 3 year course. This course is integrated with Future of Finance certifications in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security, Robotic Process Automation and Block chain etc. Automation and other disruptive trends require finance and accounting professionals to continuously adapt their skill sets and evolve their competencies. This course will enable finance and accounting professionals to understand how effectively to use emerging technologies to drive value provide insight and foresight, and take advantage of new business opportunities.
B.Com Taxation is a 3 year undergraduate Accounts course. The course covers the study of principles of accounting, financial planning and economic theory along with a specialized focus on taxation. B.Com. (Taxation) is a degree program in which, apart from a general course study in Commerce, the primary focus is on the systematic study of the concepts in the specialized subjects and topics related to the fields of taxation and covers all types of taxes including Income tax, Sales Tax, VAT, Service tax, Property tax, etc and taxation laws and regulations.
BA Economics is a 3 year undergraduate Economics course. Economics is the social science that analyzes the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. The curriculum comprising areas such as definition, nature, scope, concepts, utility, production, market, monopoly and other minor or major aspects of Economics.
Al Shifa was opened before me along with an ocean of hope and aspiration and a little bit of nervousness. Before stepping into this door of knowledge and achievements, I stood before the gates, wondering what made me choose this place which was totally new and unique. I didn't know how I would accomplish my aim of serving the mankind on joining Al Shifa. But all those confusions and dilemmas were in vain. Al Shifa has a spirit of confidence and well-being in its air, which helped the confused student inside me to breathe out my worries. It has a green environment, which make us connect to the freshness and serve beauty of the nature. All the positive energies related in it really has an effect in every student here. The friendly attitude of the faculty members was one among the factors that attracts the students more intensely towards their goals. These excellent teachers give us a firm foundation to build up our goal and thereby shoot ourselves to the zenith of our dreams. Apart from the subject knowledge, they impart their experiences that motivate us to mend our personalities. If education is the tool to mould the future generation, the teachers are the mentors who would tell us at which point to mould ourselves. The College has been approved by govt. of Kerala, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to university of calicut (UOC).
