BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is a 5½ year course i.e, 4.5 years of study followed by 1 year of internship. The  covers medical knowledge of the homeopathic system. Homeopathy is based on the self-healing power of our bodies and focuses on accentuating that. One of the most popular medication systems in India along with Allopathy and Ayurveda, Homeopathy is widely practiced. BHMS course allows candidates to choose any specialization such as Homoeopathic Pharmacy, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Skin Specialist and Infertility to take care of patients with their homeopathic study knowledge exposure.

Bhagawan Buddha Homoeopathic Medical College was established in the year 1996 , In the Garden City of the country.The college is managed by Buddha Education Society & Trust (R) . The college is situated in the heart of the city. It is 12 K.M. from the city Railway Station and Kempegowda Central Bus station and is half an hours drive from Bengaluru International Airport. The college has produced more than 150 Doctors till date. There is a growing demand for the Homoeopathic Medical Education and Homoeopathy is catering to the needs of medical requirement of the society. The management teaching staff and all well wishers associated with the college are striving hard to make the college as the best homeopathic medical college in karnataka.

The college has well developed Departments : The Department of Anatomy,Physiology,Pathology,Pharmacy and Gyneacology Organon / Philosophy, Materia Medica, Preventive & social Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Repertory& case taking and Practice of Medicine are well organized with latest infrastructure. The college also has immediate plans to introduce post Graduation courses like General Medicine, Peadiatrics and Psychiatry along with other Homeopathic Subjects.
