MDS in Oral Surgery is a 3 year postgraduate dentistry program. MDS in Public Health Dentistry is a 3-year full-time postgraduate course. Public The discipline of Public Health Dentistry aims at the advancement of public oral health through the exploration of related practice, research, and policy developments. The Department of Public Health Dentistry is concerned with purveying dental health education at the community level, also by means of applied dental research, administration of group dental care programs, and prevention and control of dental diseases among school-going children.

MDS in Prosthodontics is a 3 year postgraduate program in dentistry. Prosthodontics is the branch of Dentistry that deals with replacement and restoration of damaged or lost teeth using artificial tools and techniques such as dentures, implants, bridges, crowns, and veneers. They are also concerned with managing facial abnormalities resulting from injuries, birth defects, and diseases. MD S in Oral Medicine is a 3 year postgraduate program. Oral Medicine and Radiology is a specialized branch in dentistry that deals with diseases of oral and surrounding structures, oral manifestation of systemic diseases and oral and dental treatment of medically compromised patients. This Program aims to train the students ardently to use basic diagnostic procedures and techniques useful in recognizing the disease of the oral and paraoral tissues of local and constitutional origin and their medical management.

MDS Orthodontics is a postgraduate course in different disciplines of dentistry. This field is concerned with the study and treatment of malocclusions, the meaning of this term in colloquial language is improper bites, which might be due to the disproportionate jaw relationships, tooth irregularity or both. Orthodontics is a stream of dentistry, which is concerned with correcting the irregularities present in teeth and jaws, which can be by birth or because of some accident.

MDS in Conservative Dentistry is three year Postgraduate program. It is the branch of dentistry which deals with the treatment of diseases and injuries that originate in the teeth. In this type of medication, diseased or fractured teeth are restored with materials that are biologically acceptable.

Ph. D in Oral Medicine & Radiology is a 3 year course. Oral Medicine and Radiology deal with the study, diagnosis and medication management of Oral and Oro-facial diseases. It emphasizes the concept of systemic diseases in a role of oral sepsis and oral manifestations of systemic diseases with an objective of maintaining proper oral health for general health. Oral diagnosis is the art of identifying the diseases, defects dysfunction deformities by scientific methods. Radiology is included in this specialty and it is the study of radiation and its uses in taking radiographs for oral and or facial diseases. The interpretation of these radiographs helps in proper diagnosis.

Ph. D in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a 3 year course. Oral and Maxillofacial surgery deal with the diagnosis, surgical and adjunctive treatment of diseases, injuries and defects of the human jaws and associated oral and facial structures. It is also a surgery to treat many diseases, injuries and defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral (mouth) and maxillofacial (jaws and face) region.

Ph D in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics is a 3 year course. Conservative Dentistry deals with prevention and treatment of disease and injuries of the teeth, here, diseased or fractured teeth are restored with restorative materials that are biologically acceptable and aesthetically pleasing. Whereas Endodontics deals with prevention and treatment of pulp and periarticular diseases and this specialty particularly strives to save an infected tooth and maintains its integrity in the dental arch.

Ph. D in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics is a 3 year course. The Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics program provides a balanced education with a strong emphasis in active clinical experience, didactics and research. The program combines a foundation in basic sciences with clinical and behaviour training relevant to the delivery of orthodontic treatment. Candidates attend lectures, seminars, practical sessions, lab work, clinical work and other relevant activities according to the prescribed content of the programme.
