M. Tech in VSLI Design and Embedded system is a 2-year full time postgraduate course focus on the studies of circuits, circuit design, and as the name suggests, very large scale integration circuits. This field of study has emerged from a coalescence of Material Science and Electrical Engineering. The course is structured on the basis of  development of hands on skills as well as of the ability to design systems virtually. The VSLI part of the course will focus on hands on skills related to architecting semiconductor devices and circuits, designing systems with the use of embedded components such as CPU, memory, and peripherals.

M. Tech Thermal Engineering []

Tech Thermal Engineering is a 2- year postgraduate course ,involves real-time applications of fluid flow and heat transfer in Thermal Energy Systems, Cryogenic Engineering and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning etc. Candidates are trained in design, development, and simulation and to explore new areas in Thermal Energy Systems and allied sciences. The first two semesters of the course involve theoretical subjects & laboratory sessions, while the third semester is about theory & project work and the fourth semester focuses fully on project work.

JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE) was established in the year 1997 at Bangalore and is under the umbrella of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysore. JSSATE is the result of the vision of our President, His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji to proactively participate in establishing a world class Institution for Technical Education. The Campus is located on a sprawling 21.17 acres land surrounded by lush green plantation on the South-Western edge of Bangalore City. The institution is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, India.
