It is known that every organisation has its unique set of values, visions, ideals, norms, working language, systems and methodology. The role of an HR professional is to develop and manage their company's culture, hire best of the talents and retain them. The students are taught about the strategic management, human resource development and legal aspect management. The students are taught about the cultural, social and economic factors that influence employees’ relation.
MBA in Operations Management is a 2 year postgraduate program. MBA in Operations Management is considered a valuable degree because Operations form an integral part in the function of an organization. The course is concerned with the planning, organizing and supervising aspects of production and manufacturing. The roles associated with Operations Management are generally delivery focused. People in such roles have to ensure that an organization turns resources and raw materials into final products efficiently. Operations Management deals with a wide range of decision making tasks such as forecasting, product designing, supply chain processes, inventory, maintenance, and quality management.
Marthoma College of Management and Technology was established in 2005 as a full-fledged business school.
