MVJ medical college is a well established educational institute for imparting quality medical education. The college was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society. It is located in Hoskote, a rural district of Bangalore and is well connected to the city.

The college is recognized by the Medical Council of India and is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for conducting the medical undergraduate and postgraduate programmes leading to the award of MBBS degree and postgraduate degrees

MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital (MVJMC&RH) was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society (VES) with the vision of founder Dr M V Jayaraman to provide affordable healthcare to the rural population in and around Hoskote. It caters to 454 villages comprising of talukas Hoskote, Malur and Chintamani. It has all the broad specialities in Medicine and Surgery and also some superspecialities in these two branches. It is equipped with the state- of –the- art equipment , intensive care areas and all other supportive services. It is an NABH entry level certified and ISO accredited institution giving quality care to the rural population at zero cost. MVJMC&RH has collaborated with BRAINS, a renowned Neurosurgical setup to afford Neurosurgical care in hospital premises.
