B.Sc Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology is a 3 years undergraduate degree course. Operation Theatre and anaesthesia technician is an allied healthcare worker who assists with the administration and monitoring of anaesthesia and has an extensive knowledge of anaesthesia techniques, instruments, supplies, and technology.
Anaesthetic technicians are involved with all aspects of the delivery of a patient's preoperative (The period, Before, during and after the surgery) anaesthetic care, taking into account the patient’s religious and cultural beliefs and respecting their right to medical privacy and dignity at all times. Anaesthetic Technician also provides a key role in the emergency resuscitation of patients.
B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) is an undergraduate medical Lab technology program. Medical Laboratory technology program also known as medical laboratory science is an allied health profession that is concerned with the remedy, prognosis and prevention of disease through using clinical laboratory tests. During the program these tests help candidates to examine and diagnose, detect and treat illnesses.
