MBA in logistics and supply chain management is a 2-years/4 semesters postgraduate level course. The course is open to students from any stream.

The minimum eligibility for this course is 45% marks in graduation or equivalent. Many colleges and universities follow this eligibility criteria.

MBA Sports Management is a full-time postgraduate program in Sports. The duration of the course is 2 years which is subject to vary based on the norms prescribed by different institutions and universities.

The eligibility of the program is qualifying 3 years of Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and above from a recognized university.

M.Sc. Materials Science or Master of Science in Materials Science is a postgraduate Material Science and Engineering course. Material Science includes compounds, usually containing C-H bonds), which are the subjects of organic chemistry. Materials Science & Engineering is the science that enables the synthesis and application of materials in everyday society. Nearly everything we use is made of a material that has been modified or designed by a materials engineer to perform better than it would without a little help from humans. Materials scientists and engineers develop new materials and ways to use them.

MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) course is a 2 year professional postgraduation degree that deals with the advanced library principles and information science practices. It includes the study of subjects like Planning and Management, Computer Basics and Applications, Library Management, Research Methodology, Statistical Techniques and alike.

HITS has signed an MOU with Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) to launch a BBA (Logistics) programme. This programme blends learning experience which shall be a combination of conceptual learning in classrooms followed by a paid internship in industry. Specific curriculum developed by the LSC shall be imparted to the students, which shall enhance their employability. There has been so far no formal educational programme in the country to address the skill gap in the logistics sector. The MOU has been signed keeping in mind this gap and the emerging opportunity. The programme is a blend of theory and hands-on learning through apprenticeship.

BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate program which deals with Business Management. In India, courses that are comparable to a BBA such as – BBM, BBS or a BMS course are offered by various national and state universities. 

Those who have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) from a recognized board with at least 55% academic aggregate are eligible to apply for this course.

B.B.A. Aviation or Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation is an undergraduate Travel and Tourism course. The course focuses on the issues such as types of Aviation Management, enterprises in airlines and their relationships. The Aviation Management industry is being analyzed from marketing, planning and policy perspectives at national and international levels. Therefore, the program will provide students a strong background in the Aviation Management field as well as business and leadership practices. In this course, candidates learn about airport planning, airport security, passenger forecasting, aerodrome works, fire safety, dangerous goods, and many other related topics. The duration of the course is three years and is conducted under the semester system.

BBA program is a 6 semester program. The course has a distinct tilt towards various management disciplines which prepares students to take up management positions incorporate sector and also prepares them to take up higher studies in Management.

The course is designed to provide competencies in basic management discipline as also impart requisite skills in problem solving, decision making, and leadership in organizations. The course has appropriate subjects with contemporary syllabus covering areas of finance, marketing, human resource, information technology, operations and international trade.

The BBA – Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) has a duration of three years (6 semesters) and leads to an initial professional university degree qualification.

B.Com. Banking Management or Bachelor of Commerce in Banking Management is an undergraduate Commerce course. Banking Management is a financial institution that serves as a financial intermediary. Under this course various activities are conducted such as deposits, to provide credit, global financial markets, savings, etc. Bachelor of Commerce in Banking Management is generally three academic year degree course and it may be provided on a part-time basis by certain institutes. The Avionics course trains students to maintain and certify flight worthiness of flight instruments. It focuses on developing talented Avionics Stream Personnel trained in new technologies and business management skills. The curricula for the above programme are structured as per the requirement of Aviation Industry. The field of activity of qualified personnel involves maintenance of various flying instruments in realms of Avionics. The students are taught existing technology as well as advanced Multi-Functional Display System.

B.Sc. Aircraft Maintenance Science or Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance is an undergraduate Aeronautical Engineering course with four-year duration. Aircraft maintenance engineers are responsible for keeping the aircraft in perfect flying conditions. They are involved in the repair and maintenance of aircraft. The Course deals with the design and manufacture of aircraft while AME trains one for servicing the aircraft. This course teaches the fundamentals of propulsion, electronics, and automatic control guidance, theory of aerodynamics, structural analysis, material science, and fluid dynamics.

B.Sc. Fashion Design or Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design is an undergraduate Fashion Designing course. It covers the study of creating original designs in garments, footwear, jewellery, luggage, etc. and a study of the ever-changing trends in the fashion industry and market. In other words, B.Sc. (Fashion Design) is the study of creating original designs which involve converting artistic talent and creativity in creating products like clothing, textiles, jewellery, footwear and other accessories. B.Sc. (Fashion Design) degree course also includes a detailed study of the ever-changing market trends and the related fashion.

B.Sc. Food Technology or Bachelor of Science in Food Technology is an undergraduate Food Technology course. B.Sc. Visual Communication or Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication is an undergraduate Mass Communication course. Visual communication is described as the conveyance of ideas and information in forms that can be read or looked upon. Visual communication in part or whole relies on vision and is primarily presented or expressed with two-dimensional images, it includes signs, typography, drawing, graphic design, illustration, colour and electronic resources. B.Sc. in Visual Communication is generally three academic years course and it may be different from place to place. It may be provided on a part-time basis by certain institutes. The course opens many fields for the candidates after its completion in various fields.

B.Sc-CVT is a 3 year regular course program designed to cover all aspects of cardiovascular disease management and care. It involves learning of complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that involve use of various equipments, computer hardware, tools, machines and pharmacological agents.

B. Sc. Optometry is a 3 year undergraduate degree course which deals with the examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system. It is a vision care science. One can also define it as the science of eye equipment (including lenses and spectacles) which is imbued with the idea of improving the vision of the human eye and remove all kinds of obstacles of sight which an individual may experience.

B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology is a 3 year course divided into 6 semesters . It is a study of physiology, pathology and associated device used to guide and/or count on the characteristic of the heart and/or lungs in the course of scientific tactics.  Perfusion Technologists put together and function coronary heart-lung machines and other sophisticated gadget as directed by means of healthcare physicians. Perfusionists degree blood stress and other parameters to perceive appropriate mechanical, pharmacological and thermal manipulation to hold tissue viability.

B.C.A. (Multimedia & Animation) is an undergraduate Multimedia, Animation and Gaming course. B.C.A. in Database Systems is a 3-year undergraduate course in computer applications.  The course has been designed to address new technologies, advanced theories and techniques, along with their application, implementation and integration with legacy systems.

B.A. English Language and Literature is a 3-year undergraduate English language course, the minimum eligibility is10+2 from a recognized school board or its equivalent exam. Admission in this course depends on the candidate’s performance in a relevant entrance test and a consequent round of counselling.

The M.A. English Language Teaching & Literature offered by the Dept. of English, Hindustan University comprises 20 courses spread over 4 semesters in 2 years. Out of these 12 are core papers and 8 are electives.

The curriculum maintains a fine balance between the language and literature courses.

One of the core papers in every semester focuses on features related to Language, e.g. Teaching of English, History of English Language, Linguistics etc.

MBA in Media and Entertainment is a two-year full-time postgraduate course the minimum eligibility for which is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent from a recognized university.  Admission to the course is based on a candidate’s competence and score in the relevant entrance examination followed by a group discussion round and a personal interview.

Master of Business Administration or MBA Hospitality Management is a 2-year full-time postgraduate program in Hospitality Management. The course follows a semester-based curriculum. Each year comprises two semesters. The course aims at preparing professionals for various roles in the hospitality and tourism industry.

MBA in Hospital & Health Care is a 2-year postgraduate course which follows the semester pattern and involves 4 semesters of study. The first year of study focuses on building in candidates a strong foundation in marketing, finance, human resources, and operations applied in healthcare, the combination of which finds effective application for case studies from across the healthcare sector.

Indian Defence and security sectors currently face some of the biggest management and technological challenges witnessed in the past decade. With this in mind, the Centre for Defence Technology Studies (CDTA) was established in the year 2012 out of an MOU Hindustan University signed with the world's largest Defence University – Cranfield University of the UK.
