LL.M. in Constitutional Law is a 3- year post-graduate course, which involves an advanced study of the relationships between different entities within a State, namely the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary. The course covers fundamentals of constitutional laws that apply to each individual, designed to ensure no individual’s fundamental rights are violated.
L.L.M. Corporate and Commercial Law is a 3-year Post Graduate course in the domain of legal studies with the specialization in the domain of commercial and corporate legal functioning. A minimum eligibility criterion applied for admission to the course is a score of 45% (Relaxable for reserved category students) marks at UG level in respective stream. Candidate must have obtained a UG degree from a recognized central or state/private/deemed university.
L.L.M Criminal Law is a 3- year post-graduate course, designed to deal with actions of intentional harm to individuals, which, in a larger sense, are offenses against humanity. The course is designed to train eligible candidates in finding and catching criminals to prevent crime in the society and maintain a peaceful environment to live in. The basic eligibility for the pursuance of the course is L.L.B or B.A.- L.L.B from a recognized university.
