BHS is a 3 year undergraduate Hospitality Management course. Hospitality management is the academic study of the hospitality industry. Food technologists study the physical, microbiological, and chemical makeup of food. Depending on their area of specialization, Food Technologists may develop ways to process, preserve, package, or store food, according to industry and government specifications and regulations.

The scope of FND extends far beyond the classical study of the physiological and biochemical process involved in nourishment. Most of the diseases these days are the result of the modern life style and are part of today’s dietary habits like processed foods, Junk foods and convenience foods.

BHS with Aviation and Hospitality Management is a 3 year undergraduate degree. The college offers a three years Advanced Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management along with Bachelor's Degree Programme in Hospitality Science. Course focuses on the issues such as types of Aviation Management, enterprises in airlines and their relationships. Aviation Management industry is being analyzed from marketing, planning and policy perspectives at national and international levels. Therefore, the program will provide students a strong background in the Aviation Management field as well as business and leadership practices. In this course candidates learn about airport planning, airport security, passenger forecasting, aerodrome works, fire safety, dangerous goods and many other related topics.
