The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) is basically a 4.5 year programme which has to be followed by a 1 year compulsory internship. In the BYNS course, more than half of the curriculum is same as MBBS. A graduate in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) possesses knowledge of yoga therapy as well as practice besides getting a big advantage in the job market. Some of the study areas include nutrition therapy, homeopathic medicine, acupuncture, natural childbirth and herbal medicines. The course includes subjects such as History of Naturopathy, Pathology, Nutrition, First Aid, Medical Jurisprudence, and Management of Health Problems amongst others.

As a first step in the field of education Sivaraj Naturopathy & Yoga Medical College was established in the year 1996 with intake of 40 seats per year, as a second step Sivaraj Homeopathy Medical College & Research Institute was established in the year 2001 with intake of 50 seats per year and as a crown of our Sivaraj medical colleges, Sivaraj Siddha Medical College was established with the pride of first private Siddha medical college in TamilNadu with 50 seats per year in 2009.
