BDS stands for Bachelor of Dental surgery. it is a clinical field of surgery associated with mouth and dealing with the injuries related to teeth, jaw, and gums. It is a 5 year undergraduate degree program in dentistry to prepare students for successful career as a dental health practitioner.

SRI VENKATESHWARA DENTAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL was started in the year 1992 by Nehru Smaraka Vidya Kendra and in the year 2000 this college was taken over by Sri Kurunji Venkatramana Gowda, the Founder President, Academy of Liberal Education, Sullia.The Bachelor of Dental Surgery is 4 years course and 1 year Rotatory Internship Programme. We have excellent Teaching faculty, good study atmosphere, good library facilities and producing dental graduates of indisputable efficiency and developing a spirit of dedication. The College is equipped with modern facilities for providing excellent education in all branches of Dental Sciences.
