M.Sc. Yoga or Master of Science in Yoga is a postgraduate Yoga course. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. The aim of the program is to provide Yoga therapy to the patients who are suffering from various kinds of psychosomatic disorders.  It also provides Yoga treatment for the public along with all modern facilities of treatment available in the hospital. Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy is a Diploma level Yoga and Naturopathy course. The course helps to train and prepare deserving candidates in the exoteric aspects of Yoga, which deals with the problems of integration of personality as a first step to prepare oneself for the higher esoteric practices. BNYS stands for Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences. It is a Bachelor's Degree course related to Naturopathic Medicine, Therapeutic yoga/ Yoga Medicine and Modern Medicine of Allopathy and other allied domains. BNYS Medical Graduates are equivalent to MBBS medical graduate as a General Physician. On completion of the program, students are eligible to prefix “Dr.” before their name and to be called as a Doctor.

Ph.D. in Yoga is a 3-year full-time Doctorate level Media Studies course. The eligibility for which is Master degree or an equivalent degree with a maximum of 55 % marks in a recognized institute. Eligible candidates may apply for this course through online or offline to the colleges.
